Track your order

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after the label is created.

Haven't received the email?

Check the spam folder first, then write to us from the contact page with the name and email used on the order, and we will resend it.

Tracking has not moved

Carriers sometimes scan a parcel only at the next hub. If nothing changes for several days, contact us and we will chase it for you.
